5K and 10K Training Program

It doesn’t matter if you want to complete your first race or win the race, the key to favorable completing or competing in these events is to understand the demands placed on your different energy systems.  For these events, your body uses aerobically and anaerobically produced energy in specific proportions.  Good Run places a high level of importance in presenting the appropriate training stimulus that targets the correct proportions of aerobic and anaerobic development.
