For these events, your body uses aerobically and anaerobically produced energy in specific proportions. Good Run places a high level of importance in presenting the appropriate training stimulus that targets the correct proportions of aerobic and anaerobic development.
Monthly Group Training Program Overview:- Before and After Metabolic VO2 Assessments
- Tuesday Night Tempo Runs - paces at your Lactate Threshold
- Thursday Night Intervals - paces beyond your Lactate Threshold
- Saturday Long Runs - paces that build your aerobic base and foundation for speed
- Core Strength Training – Ab, mid section, and back exercises to end group runs
